Program Purpose
Our goal is to build a trusted network of brand advocates who can spread the word about our services and connect us with people in need of roofing solutions. Ambassadors help increase our visibility and allow us to grow organically through real relationships.
Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Represent Aspen Leaf Roofing with professionalism and integrity
- Share our services through your personal network
- Submit qualified referrals using the provided submission process
- Communicate clearly and honestly with potential customers
- Never misrepresent our company, pricing, or services
Referral Payout:
- Ambassadors are paid $500 for every full re-roof project that results from their referral.
- A full re-roof is defined as a complete roof replacement approved by the homeowner and/or their insurance company, and completed by Aspen Leaf Roofing.
- Payouts are made after the roof is completed and full payment has been received.
How to Submit Referrals:
- Referrals must be submitted through our designated form or email (details will be provided after onboarding is complete).
- You must include:
- Full name of the homeowner
- Address of the property
- Phone number and/or email of the homeowner
- Your name and contact info
Program Rules & Ethics
Ambassadors may not provide quotes, negotiate pricing, or act as a sales rep.
Ambassadors may not make promises regarding insurance outcomes or warranties.
All communication with referred customers must be professional.
Aspen Leaf Roofing reserves the right to revoke ambassador status if any unethical behavior is observed.

- Receive your official onboarding packet
- Start referring and earning!
*Aspen Leaf Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time without prior notice. To be eligible for referral rewards, all referrals must be properly submitted through the official referral form or platform before any project-related communication or estimate takes place. Rewards are issued only for insurance claim, full roof replacements that result in a signed contract and completed project. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contacted or received an estimate from Aspen Leaf Roofing. Program terms and eligibility are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
